Preliminary AAR findings from the January 28th iteration of the Operational Resilience Series exercise: AI Interrupted
On January 28, the Business Resilience Council (BRC) convened a multi-sector, AI-focused tabletop exercise with hundreds of participants to pressure-test emerging operational risks as generative and agentic AI become embedded in critical services. As AI becomes a shared dependency across vendors and platforms, governance, risk, and continuity gaps increasingly become collective rather than isolated to any single organization. The exercise was designed to surface these gaps early and help organizations prepare before AI-enabled services become truly critical to operations.
