GRF Partners with CYR3CON to Offer Vulnerability Analysis Prioritized by Known Hacker Activity

Herndon, VA, USA – August 5, 2020- Global Resilience Federation (GRF), a hub for cross-sector intelligence exchange, has partnered with CYR3CON, an AI-driven cybersecurity prediction software platform, to offer prioritized vulnerability analysis to interested GRF member companies and affiliated communities.

“We’re pleased to be able to provide organizations with access to a discounted vulnerability triage solution through this partnership,” said GRF Chairman and CEO Bill Nelson. “The scope of work facing security teams is immense and CYR3CON reports allow organizations to evaluate which of their security concerns are most pressing, based on the severity of vulnerabilities and the documented practices and conversations of malicious actors.”

CYR3CON uses artificial intelligence to mine hacker communities to predict which threat vectors are likeliest to be exploited, allowing companies to effectively manage their security workload. GRF member companies are able to compare their known vulnerabilities with CYR3CON analysis to plan an evidence-based path forward for their security programs, saving time, resources and mitigating the highest risks to their organizations.

“The pandemic has pushed enterprises to increase their IT infrastructure to support the changing economic and workforce landscape,” said Paulo Shakarian, CEO of CYR3CON. “These changes require additional resources and tools to secure this infrastructure. The CYR3CON platform addresses these concerns head-on, enabling security teams to do more with less. We are excited to work with GRF to help them achieve their goal of sharing information and protecting the assets and businesses of some of the world’s most cyber-forward organizations.”

The partnership provides an interested GRF member with a CYR3CON FIT (Find Ignored Threats) Assessment that returns information about the company's vulnerabilities that are likeliest to be targeted by malicious actors - not an overwhelming laundry list of undifferentiated patch items.

Joining GRF’s Alliance Program as a vendor partner, CYR3CON now offers this analysis capability to organizations across multiple information sharing communities operating in both critical and vital sectors of the economy.
