BSS Unit specializes in the development of CTI (Cyber Threat Intelligence) solutions with an Industrial Control System (ICS) focus, and deceptive technology: smart Industrial Honeynet Systems (IHS). Rather than static defense, we prioritize threat hunting activity, --attack prevention, risk-threat identification with automated information collection, and classification even before the attack—in our flagship platform, Cyber Intel Matrix (CIM), which is used by GRF analysts to aid in ISAC cross-sector reporting.

SERVICES

Within the CIM system, we offer solutions such as Blackpots (our custom deceptive technology honeynets), a Malware lab, and cyber threat intelligence in STIX Graph format. For law enforcement, we offer counterattack capability. CIM collects information about attacking devices, employs both machine learning and human analysis to determine threatening locations, methods, and information needed to identify an attacker. From this data, we can deduce motivations and specific directions of attack, and generate automated reports that may take analysts alone months to devise. Our reports may also be admissible evidence in court.

CMMC SUPPORT

CIM addresses all CMMC levels, specializing in levels 4 and 5. Because BSS Unit has reference projects, methodology, and workflow optimization for each CMMC Level, we have created an assessment method for CMMC Practices and Processes. We help organizations with every cumulative step of certification preparedness in all CMMC levels.
